Return Policies
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges to JaniSource distribution center for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery such as UPS or Federal Express.
- Any defective items returned within 21 days of processing will be promptly replaced at no charge
- Non-defective, re-saleable items in original package may be returned, at customers expense, within 21 days of order processing. Credit will be issued at the original invoice price less a 15% service charge, subject to an incoming inspection. Merchandise must be in original package with all packing and paperwork enclosed.
- Closeout items may not be returned.
Shipping Policy
- We ship to the continental United States only.
- Be sure to indicate if shipping is to a residential or commercial address. Residential shipping is more costly, and the customer is responsible for additional charges if there is an error.
- Equipment delivery is dock or curb service only. The freight trucking company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside.
- Orders on in-stock items received by 11:30am will be sent out UPS or trucking company the same day. Most orders on equipment take 3 days to process before shipping.
Payement Policy
