We make janitorial supplies that work, and if they don’t, we want to know about it. So if it’s not working or standing up to its task, we’ll take it back. We don’t consider a sale complete until you have used the item and you are completely satisfied.
Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us at any time if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from JaniSource that is not completely satisfactory to you.
To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, in certain situations we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange, including:
• We can't accept items for return that were not purchased directly from JaniSource (such as items purchased at thrift stores, online sellers, auctions or garage sales).
• If an item has a missing label or it has been defaced, we can't accept it for return without a receipt because we can't be certain it was purchased directly from us.
• Equipment MAY REQUIRE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We want to make sure that you are happy with your equipment. If it is an operational issue we want to utilize the warranty first to make sure it is not defective from the factory.
• For the safety of our employees, we can't accept items that have been soiled or contaminated until they have been cleaned.
